Our Fitness Boot Camp classes will challenge your cardiovascular, muscular endurance, strength and power. We challenge and push our participants to exceed their expectations in an exciting team environment. Our Fat loss and Fitness Boot camp is ideal for achieving fast fitness, a strong core and fat loss results as well as increasing strength and endurance. Another bonus is the development of more confidence, both physical and mental.
CrossFit Ancaster offer a “minimalist program” and this is reflected by the functionality and limited number of our exercises and the simplicity of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms. An Olympic weight set and a place to do pull-ups and dips is essential for CrossFit. Gymnastics rings and parallettes, plyometrics boxes, Dynamax medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, climbing rope, and Concept II Rowers all play a part in our program.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
