My trainer has been able to motivate me by paying attention to my needs, as well as working around my prevailing shoulder injury. My trainer has made my workouts personalized and geared towards me and my concerns. And in turn my trainer and me have worked towards getting the results I desired.
Every session I learn something new. All my questions and concerns are addressed until I have full understanding. Brett has allowed me to understand the whys of what I am doing and also what is expected of me. It helps that I get along very well with my trainer, he is a great-fit for me. Although I am always pushed to work hard, Brett makes the sessions almost enjoyable.
Brett has high expectations of what he wants me to achieve and he knows how to push me forward. In turn the more I accomplish the more I want to keep going, so our expectations are always being pushed to new levels. Continually seeing results helps to keep me motivated.
Because of my trainer I am able to know how to work out properly and am able to implement it. I am always kept on track to reach new goals and surpass new obstacles. Without a trainer I wouldnt have realized that changes to my body were possible, as I have achieved results that I was not able to while working out on my own.
Since starting training I feel that I can do it. In just 6 months of training the following changes have occurred; my body fat has fallen from 26 to 20 percent, lost a total of 11.5 inches, lost 6.5 lbs of body fat and gained 6.5 lbs of muscle. As well the increase of shoulder mobility from almost no overhead movement to full function is a great accomplishment. It also feels great to have increased upper and lower body strength.
At my age of 54, I am in the Best Shape of my life. I could
not have done this without my personal trainer.
