Large Item Shipping

Large Item Shipping Policy

Products included: Indoor Bikes, Outdoor Bikes, and some types of Fitness Equipment. 

We provide Free Shipping on many Canadian orders, including most locations in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. 

Additional flat rate shipping fees are applied to distant and remote areas relative to our warehouses. Please refer to the table below.

During high volume periods, like a sale or the holiday season, the processing and shipping times may increase.

Tracking numbers and methods of shipping are provided for all shipments.

International shipping for large items is currently unavailable. 

Local Delivery: 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 within a 20 km radius of our Lethbridge Warehouse. 

Free local delivery is also available for orders over $400 within an 85 km radius of our Lethbridge Warehouse.

Deliveries are made 1 to 2 business days after being processed. Deliveries are made from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local Pickup: 

You can skip the waiting with local pickup at our Lethbridge Warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-warehouse pickup hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@phoenixfitness.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Large Item Shipping: Our shipping carriers are unable to ship to P.O boxes. Please provide an alternative address if you wish to order a Large Item through Phoenix Fitness. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@phoenixfitness.ca with your order number and a photo and/or video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
