Small Item Shipping

Small Item Shipping Policy

Products included: Workout Wear, Shoes, Accessories, and some Fitness Equipment.

We provide Free Shipping on all Canadian orders.

The Estimated Shipping Time for orders is 10-15 days from the time the order is processed.

During high volume periods, like a sale or the holiday season, the processing and shipping times may increase.

Tracking numbers and methods of shipping are provided for all shipments.

International shipping for small items is available to the United States. Please refer to the International Shipping section below.

International Shipping:

International shipping to other countries is currently unavailable.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Phoenix Fitness is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@phoenixfitness.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Small Item Shipping: Our shipping carrier can ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@phoenixfitness.ca with your order number and a photo and/or video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
